Celebrate the next generation of LGBTQ+ leadership at the 30 Under 30 Awards, hosted by Windy City Times, AIDS Foundation Chicago, and Pride Action Tank. This annual event honors outstanding young individuals who are making meaningful contributions across Chicagoland. This recognition highlights 30 exceptional LGBTQ+ people and allies, age 30 or younger as of June 30, whose work is shaping the future in fields including entertainment, politics, health, activism, academics, sports, and beyond.

With a legacy spanning more than two decades, the 30 Under 30 Awards has recognized hundreds of emerging leaders, many of whom have gone on to achieve significant success in their careers and communities. The celebration brings together supporters, advocates, and changemakers for an inspiring evening that uplifts the impact and promise of young leaders.
